Young rugby stars touch down at Moffat

A FANTASTIC day at Moffat Rugby Club last Sunday saw future stars from across the region show off their skills at the club’s junior festival. Teams from Annan, Biggar, Lanark and Stewartry were greeted by glorious weather at The Holm. P1 teams played in a festival format and every player was a winner with smiles, effort and enjoyment all round.

Meanwhile, there was competitive rugby from P2–P7 with some exceptional talent on show throughout the day.
