Weather plays havoc with South of Scotland schedule

JUST one South of Scotland League fixture took place on Saturday as other games were postponed as a result of the cold weather.

Dalbeattie Star and Creetown played out a 2-2 league draw at the NWCC in Dumfries.

Star were 2-0 up after an hour thanks to an own goal and an effort from Connor Potts.

However, two late Josh Rennie goals helped the Ferrytoun, who had been reduced to ten men, salvage a point.
