Kickboxing success

DUMFRIES youth Lucas Astley picked up a silver medal for Scotland at the World Kickboxing Association WKA World Championships in Ravenscraig over the weekend. The 17-year-old was the only competitor from Dumfries and Galloway and he brought home silver in his weight category for Scotland and his home club Let’s Do Martial Arts. Competitors had travelled from all over the world to attend, from as far as New Zealand, USA and Brazil.
