Howat on winning side

DUMFRIES striker Kirsty Howat was back in the winners’ enclosure at the weekend. The Rangers forward scored in their 5-0 thumping victory over Hibs Ladies in the Sky Sports Cup final at Fir Park. Howat said: “Nothing beats the feeling of winning a trophy, especially at this club. “And to do it in the fashion and style that we did is what we deserve. We’ve worked so hard and what a feeling it is. “It took everyone, and the girls coming off the bench too. Our experience shone through. “We’ve been in those situations before; we’ve found ways to win in the past and we did so again.”
