City trip for Harriers

THE Harriers made the midweek trip down south to Carlisle for the Sport in Action Carlisle City Urban 10km Trail Race. The club delivered a series of excellent performances with Donna Davidson celebrating her new age category just days after turning 50 by winning her age category from 27 runners in 49:08. She was followed by Jenny McKinney who secured second place in her age category in 54:27 while crossing the line alongside Sonia Marquez who matched her time, with Olga McCready taking third in her age category in 54:49. The strong running continued as Helen Anderson finished in 1:02:13, with Megan Carson just one second behind. A fantastic evening of running by everyone involved.
