Brown hits brace in Burgh victory

LOCHMABEN’S Kieran Brown was named man of the match after scoring twice in his side’s 4-0 win away to St Cuthbert Wanderers last Friday night.

Both Brown and Denver Milligan were on target for the Burgh in the first half under the lights in Kirkcudbright.

And the forward grabbed his brace in the second half, with Danny Cowan also finding the net to put the game beyond doubt and ensure three points.

This Saturday Lochmaben are without a fixture, while Mid Annandale return to action at home to Nithsdale Wanderers in the league.
