Warrant issued for neglect charge mum

The 31-year-old woman, from Dumfries, who cannot be named for legal reasons, failed to appear at a calling of her case in the court yesterday. She was also accused of failing to keep the house clean and tidy and failing to provide the children with clean clothing, bedding and food last October.
