There ain't no party like an S Club party

S CLUB are ‘gonna show you how’ when they headline the RNFI Park Fest next month.

The Stranraer based festival will welcome Club’s Jo O’Meara, Bradley McIntosh and Tina Barrett on August 21 and 22.

Their set list will consist of a selection of their greatest hits, tacks such as Bring It All Back, Never Had A Dream, Don’t Stop Movin and Reach.

Park Fest co-ordinator Mandy Green said: “Last year we had the daddy of Ska music in the form of Neville Staples headlining our event, for 2015 we wanted to secure a mainstream pop act with instantly recognisable songs.

“We feel that S Club will more than fit the bill for us, last year S Club 7 reunited for BBC children in need and it was obvious that they are a much loved act who still enjoy.”

All in all there are 21 acts over the two days.

Park Fest is unlike any other music festival with the arena being free to enter and only the main marquee being a ticketed area.

Royal National Lifeboat Institution spokesperson Lynsey Anderson said: “Stranraer Park Fest is a fantastic event for people of all ages to enjoy, in its sixth year Park Fest is arranged solely by RNLI volunteers, people giving up their spare time to support the RNLI to enable our crews round the coast to save lives at sea and to educate on water safety and keeping safe round the coast.

“Park Fest is an event not to be missed.”
