A would-be graffiti artist daubed what seems to be a rodent emblem on the side of the building over the festive period in what appears to be a lone movement. Speaking yesterday, a police spokesman said: “It doesn’t look like we have any other reports of graffiti in Annan over the last five days.” Have you seen any more homemade works of art popping up around Annan?
