Storm Helene to hit DG

The Met Office have issued a yellow 'be aware' weather warning for Dumfries and Galloway in relation to Storm Helene. It's in place from 6 pm tonight until noon on Tuesday. Disruption is expected on the roads and railways, along wth flying debris.
