Police in Castle Douglas are investigating the theft of a green coloured Claas tractor from Gordon’s Yard in the town.

Police in Castle Douglas are investigating the theft of a green coloured Claas tractor from Gordon’s Yard in the town.

It was taken sometime between last Friday and Sunday morning.

The tractor has been recovered, although it is likely to have been driven around the town during the above times.

Constable Nicola Robinson, of Police Scotland at Castle Douglas, said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen this tractor being driven around the Castle Douglas area on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Anyone with any information regarding the incident, is asked to contact police at Castle Douglas on 101.”
