Stenny role for Davie

THE former Gretna and Morton boss Davie Irons has been appointed as interim manager of Ladbrokes League 2 side Stenhousemuir.

He has taken over after former Queen of the South player Colin McMenamin left Stenny after 11 months in charge.

Irons was previously in charge at Ochilview between 2010-12 and will take the team for this weekend’s game against Stirling Albion.
