Pub assault report sparks probe

Police Scotland are investigating an incident which is said to have taken place in the public bar of the Hole in the Wa in Dumfries. The incident happened just after midnight on September 22 into 23. And authorities say it is known there were several customers in the area at the time. Anyone with information regarding the assault is asked to contact the police non-emergency 101 number.
