A MAN from Glasgow who had been travelling to Dumfries to carry out high value thefts from stores was arrested on Monday after a shop alerted police and CCTV operators using the radio link scheme. The 20-year-old is also wanted by police across Scotland for similar high value thefts worth tens of thousand of pounds. He is due to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court.
