Whitesands Flood Warning

POLICE have closed off Whitesands car park in Dumfries as flooding hits the area. They have also urged anyone parked by the river to move their vehicle in a post on Facebook alongside a video showing water spilling into the car park. A flood warning was issued earlier by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, which is now no longer in force.
