Fall in property prices

PROPERTY prices in Dumfries and Galloway fell slightly in the last year.

As of September, they were down 0.6 per cent on the same month in 2023.

However, they were up one percent on August prices.

The average price in the region in September, according to the new data from Walker Fraser Steele, was £181,802.
