Dead man named

The body of the 32-year-old was found at Ingleston Crescent on Saturday. A post mortem examination has taken place and the Procurator Fiscal has been informed. A police spokesman at Dumfries said: "Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death, which is being described as unexplained, are continuing, however at this point officers do not consider the circumstances to be suspicious."
