She was Janet McElrone, 51, of Eden Street in Carlisle, pictured.
Cumbria Police say there are no suspicious circumstances at this stage and a file has been prepared for the coroner.

THE woman whose body was found on the shore near Cummertrees last week has been named by police this morning.
