£16k power washer recovered

AN INDUSTRIAL power washer valued at over £16,000 which was stolen near Dalry has been recovered.

The machine was taken from a secure compound near to Deughside, off the A713 road, Kendoon, happened sometime overnight between Thursday October 8 and Friday October 9.
But Police Scotland say that the washer has been recovered from a forest track just off the B741 Dalmellington to New Cumnock road.
Enquiries continue into the theft.
