Winter roads checks

CHECKS were made on 45 vehicles in Gretna this week to ensure they’re ready for winter. Police and staff from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency set up a checkpoint in Glasgow Road on Wednesday as part of ongoing efforts to keep local roads safe.
