THERE has been a shake-up in the Annan Athletic boardroom. Long-serving member Susan Bryson, above, did not stand for re-election to the club’s board and will stand down after giving a great service over a number of years. However, Susan will continue to operate within the club as secretary, primarily supporting first team manager Wullie Gibson.

Meanwhile, Keith Drysdale is now on the board of directors. Keith is a native from the town and alongside Chris Bell forms part of the matchday safety officer team. Keith – who is also a member of the club’s walking football group – is looking to bring his experience to help support and drive the initiatives laid out in the strategy that was formed as part of the community share issue. Three positions were available during the election with applications from existing board member Stephen Bryson alongside Keith. As discussed at the recent AGM, the club are actively looking to fill the role of club treasurer. They would welcome any interested parties to make themselves aware to the club’s board members.
