Second accused on bank charge

David Hanley, 26, from County Durham, appeared at Dumfries Sheriff Court this week and was remanded in custody. The charges related to alleged theft, theft of a motor vehicle, the Explosive Substances Act 1883, housebreaking and opening a lockfast place and wilful fireraising.
