President’s badge honour for BB Ally
THE Boys’ Brigade, 1st Annan Company recently celebrated one of its members being presented with the second highest award in the organisation.
Sergeant Ally Mitchell needed to achieve a number of requirements in order to attain his President’s Badge.

Captain Iain Graham explained: “Now that Ally has achieved his President’s Badge he starts the work towards the Brigade’s highest award, this was previously known as the Queen’s Badge, now King Charles III is our Patron it is the King’s Badge.
“Upon successfully completing the required elements Ally will become the first member of the 1st Annan Company to be presented with a King’s Badge in over 70 years - we look forward to making that presentation.”
The Boys’ Brigade provides a programme of activity across four age groups for children from 5 to 18 years.
Each of the programmes provides fun and exciting activities with opportunities for children and young people to be recognised for their participation and achievement through awards.
