Mum charged with being drunk

The 41-year-old woman from Carlisle, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Dumfries Sheriff Court yesterday. She pleaded not guilty to omitting the offence in Brooms Road, Dumfries, on October 7. Trial has been set for March.
