WORK has started on an exclusive development of high spec holiday properties between Beattock and Moffat.
Planning permission is in place at the 6.91 acre Westwinds site for a large detached home on the pond, as well as five luxury holiday lodges, each with a unique design.
Artist’s impressions have been drawn up and show a vision for a range of contemporary properties.
An existing house at Westwinds is expected to be demolished and the new builds will be sited close to the water and there will also a pond dock constructed.
