Ice rink shuts

Directors this week announced the measures were being taken in light of the coronavirus update and social distancing. In a statement, the directors said: “Due to the coronavirus outbreak the directors made the decision to close the ice rink for curling and skating on Monday.” Competitions scheduled for this week - Senior Mixed Knockout, Senior League, Ladies Daytime Pairs and Mixed Pairs and the second leg of the Wullie Halliday Trophy — will be completed at the start of the new season.
