Expert appointment

Guillaume Brunet has joined The Moffat Distillery as their first whisky production specialist. Having previously worked at a renowned cognac house in France, he has a deep understanding of traditional distilling methods, alongside valuable maturation and cask sourcing expertise. Guillaume has already begun work at the distillery and is expected to play a key role in both production and future releases. Founder Nick Bullard said: “He’s joining us at a pivotal moment — just as our spirits are gaining wider recognition and our distilling programme grows more ambitious.” The Moffat Distillery is Scotland’s only wood-fired Scotch whisky distillery and produces fewer than 6000 litres per year
