Electrical donations plea

ANNAN Academy wants your old electricals and cables as part of the Hidden Treasure Hunt competition currently being run by Curry’s.

Every donated item earns points for the school.

And the educational establishments near the top of next month’s leader board will receive thousands in funding for new technology and equipment.

Annan currently sits in second place, it is the only school in Scotland in the top 25.

The school is looking for anything with a plug, battery or cable – items do not need to be in working order.

Donations are being accepted until the end of May and they can be dropped off at the academy.
