Eggs-cellent

Paul and Shona Arthur, of PS Poultry in Waterbeck, have been crowned the best producer 2017. They picked up their shield and trophy at a ceremony in Perth last month, organised by For Farmers. Shona, 39, said: "We are delighted to win, it's a prestigious industry award and hard earned. "We have 26,500 hens and we pack around 200,000 eggs per week. It's non-stop and we pride ourselves on a quality product, something that this award underlines."
