Car rally in first gear

ENTRIES are now open for this year’s Moffat Classic Car Rally, with organisers hoping for another bumper turnout.

It follows a very successful event last summer with record crowds enjoying the fun.

The rally will take place on June 27 and 28 and will include the ever popular Saturday run to Talla and Megget Reservoirs and St Mary’s Loch, the Sunday static display in the showfield and autojumble, as well as a new section for 2026 on ‘competition cars’.
