Business park plan for Gretna

A FORMER hotel and restaurant in Gretna is set to be transformed into a business park. Gretna Green Ltd completed the sale of the former Greens site on Glasgow Road, Gretna to CPM Joinery and Building last October. Speaking at the time, Chris Muirhead, from CPM said: “We are exploring sensible redevelopment options for the former Greens site with the aim of bringing useful, sustainable facilities to Gretna and creating long-term local value.” A call was put out on social media, asking for suggestions. And last weekend, plans for a new business park were unveiled. The Border Gate Business Park will bring commercial office and letting space to Gretna designed to suit startups, growing companies, and established businesses.
