Bridge witness appeal

And today they appealed for anyone who was near the Kirkpatrick MacMillan bridge in Dumfries between 12.15 pm hours and 1 pm on the afternoon of July 15. They are particularly keen to trace a person seen standing on the Kirkpatrick MacMillan bridge looking into the water for 15 minutes from around 12.30. This person then walked off towards Dock Park.
