ANNAN Rotary Club are holding a recruitment drive for new members and inviting the public to their open meetings in May.
Rotary aims are to make a difference in the local community by supporting local groups and raising money for local charities; and also make a difference overseas by helping earthquake victims in Myanmar; and to young people by holding youth competitions.
The club says one of the things their members have in common is a desire to make a difference, and to “improve and enrich” everyday life for those that will be benefited the most.
Their open meetings will be on Tuesday May 20 at 6 pm in The Anglers, Annan; or on Tuesday May 27 at 6 pm in Solway Lodge Hotel, Gretna. All welcome.
