A taste of summer

SUMMER may have been a washout in Scotland, but regulars at one Annan pub have still been getting in the holiday spirit.

Members of a monthly Monday Club held at The Commercial Inn enjoyed a Benidorm themed event.
The club led by DJ John Steel has been adopting a series of dress-up themes over the past months, from cowboys and indians, to the cast of St Trinian’s and Grease, along with punk rock looks and styles from the 70s.
And John said: “This month’s theme was ‘Costa del Commie'”
He added: “We have our regulars plus people come along, and you get all ages.”
