Kennels stolen

DOG kennels and runs worth £2380 have been stolen from a farm at Sanquhar.

Police Scotland officers are investigating the theft of three and a half kennels from Carserigg over the weekend.

They say a vehicle would have been needed to remove them from the scene.

Constable Emily Conroy said: “This is yet another theft in a very rural part of out region and would have taken time and effort to commit. We do believe that those involved may have been disturbed and we are appealing to anyone who may have any information which might help us catch those responsible to call us at Sanquhar through the 101 number.”
