MEMBERS of the Annandale and Eskdale Area Committee look set to approve the names of the new roads in Johnstonebridge.
Following community engagement with Johnstonebridge Primary School, the proposed names ‘Lovewood Meadows,’ ‘Willow Place,’ and ‘Forest Terrace’ were selected.
The 33-home development in the village, by Wheatley Homes, was approved in March 2024. The names will go before councillors next week for confirmation.
