W-otter's that?!

A FAMILY of otters has been delighting visitors to WWT Caerlaverock in the last couple of weeks.

A mother and two cubs have been visiting the reserve and fishing for sticklebacks on one of the ponds.

Reserve manager Joe Bilous said: “Although we see signs of otters regularly on the wider reserve, we rarely see them so close and so frequently. We are pleased that so many of our visitors have had wonderful views of otter cubs, such a rare sight for many people”.

To watch the Caerlaverock live webcam, and be in with a chance of spotting the otters, go to www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres/caerlaverock/experience/caerlaverock-webcam/
