Vehicle fire closes A75

A COMBINE harvester fire on the A75 near Annan this morning closed the road in both directions.

Tailbacks of traffic were created as a result of the Massey Ferguson blaze near Upper Mains, close to the Kinmount straight.
Fire crews were summoned to the scene, while traffic diverted onto the B724 low road.
