THE three children hurt when a trailer hit their buggy last week in Dumfries have been discharged from hospital.
Police yesterday confirmed the youngsters are all back home.
A spokesperson said: “All three children were treated for serious injuries at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow and have since been discharged.
“Enquiries remain ongoing.”
Meanwhile, the 18-year-old nursery nurse who was looking after the young trio at the time also left hospital in Dumfries at the weekend and is continuing to recover at home.
Emergency services were called to Pleasance Avenue, above, last Monday afternoon after the trailer detached from a car, in what eyewitnesses called 'an awful incident'.
