Town board want to hear about projects

POTENTIAL projects are being sought by Dumfries Town Board for their regeneration plan. They are seeking expressions of interest from community groups, social enterprises and organisations within the town boundary. And they want to hear outlines of projects that align with their themes and interventions. Projects will be assessed on how well they deliver economic benefit; support job creation in Dumfries; improve wellbeing and strengthen communities; and align with regeneration objectives and themes The deadline for submissions is Friday November 7. A board spokesperson said: “Together, we can create a Dumfries that shines – delivering long-term benefits for residents, businesses, and neighbourhoods.”
