Storm warning

A YELLOW warning is in place of wind and rain across Dumfriesshire tomorrow. According to the Met Office, it's due to start at midday on Tuesday and last until about 6 am on Wednesday. It's part of Storm Bram and gusts are expected of between 52 mph in Annan and 60 mph in Wigtownshire.
