Snapped up

A DUMFRIES hotel has been sold as part of the Project License portfolio. Estee Group has snapped up the Holiday Inn in Dumfries, along with the Darlington branch and a Mercure in Sheffield, for £14 million. They were sold by FS JV License Ltd, who said all three benefit from “future upside potential, ranging from providing redevelopment opportunities, to being located within close proximity to forthcoming demand drivers and regeneration schemes”.
