Sign installation begins on Monday

NEW road signs will be installed along the along the A701 from Monday. Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, are installing road signs as part of the 20 miles per hour speed limit programme in Locharbriggs and Heathhall. From Monday until Sunday August 31, from 9.30 am to 4 pm each day traffic management will be in place during these times and will consist of 2-way and 3-way temporary traffic lights in operation at this location. Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout the works.
