PLANS have been lodged to convert a Dumfries pub back into a residential dwelling. The applicant wants to revert the closed down Troqueer Arms, on Troqueer Road, back into Rosefield House The pub shut in September last year. On an old sale listing it was noted that the property comprises a main bar, function room, cellar, store room, male and female toilets, living room, kitchen, three double bedrooms, bathroom and two attic rooms.
