Museum faces closure

IT could be the last season at a popular museum in the region. For the owners of the Gem Rock Museum in Creetown have announced their retirement. Tim and Carolyn Stephenson will be stepping back at the end of October after 45 years. They hope to find someone to take on the award winning attraction, but if not, they will probably auction off the ‘outstanding collection of minerals, crystals, fossils and gemstones’.
