Grants chance for amateur dramatic societies

THE Arts Society Dumfries and Galloway (TASDAG) has extended the closing date for its programme of small grants to help amateur dramatic societies across the region.

They now have until October 31 to get applications in.

The programme is designed to encourage societies to apply by making the application process quite straightforward.

And small grants are available, subject to status, for amounts up to a maximum of £250 per society.

A TASDAG spokesperson said: “This programme reflects one of the charitable aims of TASDAG, whose membership continues to provide support and encouragement to arts and culture throughout Dumfries and Galloway.”
