Forager to host book launch event

RENOWNED Galloway-based forager and wild food chef Mark Williams is launching his new book next week. 'The Coastal Forager' is Mark's first book which acts as a guide to the edible opportunities of North Atlantic coastlines; covering coastal plants, seaweed, shellfish and more. Mark will officially launch his book at Thomas Tosh in Thornhill next Wednesday. The event will see the wild-food chef give a talk how to safely identify, sustainably harvest and creatively cook and preserve coastal wild foods.
