Famous front door

DNG Media editor Fiona Reid was at Number 10 Downing Street on Wednesday attending a reception for ‘local journalism champions’. She was nominated for the honour by Dumfriesshire MP David Mundell, who accompanied her to the event, which was hosted by Culture Secretary Lucy Frazer. Fiona said: “I was delighted and honoured to attend Number 10, representing DNG Media and the wider sphere of local journalism, which I have been a part of for 23 years. “It was an amazing experience to walk up Downing Street and then go through what’s probably the best known front door in the UK.”
