Company opens new Dumfries office

UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham and Sibbald have opened an office in Dumfries. Heading up the new premises at Hestan House, Crichton Business Park will be chartered surveyor Scott Morton. Scott, above, specialises in residential surveying including home reports, mortgage valuation reports, homebuyer surveys, building surveys, valuation for other purposes and energy performance certificates. He brings with him over eight years of experience surveying residential properties in Dumfries and Galloway. Partner and residential strategy board member Dominic McCormick said: “We are delighted to welcome Scott to our Residential team and look forward to seeing what he brings to the table as the business continues to grow at pace. “It is great to be able to open an office in Dumfries to better service our clients in the South West of Scotland.”
