A NETWORKING speed event is to be held in Lockerbie at the end of the month. Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway are inviting community groups and charities from the Lockerbie and Lochmaben areas to attend the session in the town hall on March 24 at 6 pm. It’s described as ‘a fast-paced, high-energy session designed to spark new connections.” A spokesperson said: “Connect with like-minded third sector organisations who share your passion for making a difference. “Get a snapshot of the amazing work other organisations are delivering in your area – and spot where your missions align. Uncover opportunities to work together, share resources, and build stronger projects through partnership. “Grow your network, swap ideas, and start conversations that continue long after the event. “Whether you’re looking for collaboration, inspiration, or simply to widen your circle, this is a fun, friendly way to build relationships that matter.” Attendance is free.
